What types of upholstery are available?Please select your upholstery from fabric (approx. 160 types, 600 colors) or leather (3 types, 15 colors). Product upholstery may be chosen from the fabric chart available on our website. Each fabric has A through H types; please confirm these alongside this price list. Leather has 3 types. For details, please inquire. If you desire upholstery not specified by our company, please consult with us.

Please tell me about the size.All size specifications are in millimeters.
W denotes width, D denotes depth, H denotes height, and SH denotes seat height. Please note that slight variations may occur due to manufacturing batches or upholstery thickness.
Additionally, even for products with the same SH, the seating comfort may differ depending on the seat material used. -
Is the cover replaceable?All TRES sofas feature removable covers. The standard CP specification covers are dry clean only. Always use a professional cleaning service.
However, if you specify tight-fitting covers, cleaning may make it difficult to reinstall the main cover. -
Can I cancel my order?Cancellations after placing an order will incur a charge of 50% of the list price.

Can I return or exchange the product?Upon receiving your order, please promptly verify the quantity, specifications, and condition of the items. For any returns or exchanges regarding the delivered goods, please notify us of the details within two days of delivery. After this period, returns or exchanges will generally incur a fee; please be advised. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.
