TRES' fully custom-made sofas are created in response to customers' ideal images and requests.
The unexpected and innovative ideas we receive from our customers and the high hurdles we sometimes have to overcome lead to the discovery of needs and seeds for new product development that we have not been able to identify until now.
In addition, by adding the sofas developed based on the experience and hints gained there
to our lineup as new standard models,

The ideal sofaAfter hearing your desired image, budget, space and layout of the place where the sofa will be installed, a sofa specialist designer will draw up a design. From there, further meetings are held to create the one and only sofa in the world, the ideal sofa that you have envisioned.

seating comfortWe can adjust the amount of urethane and feathers in the seat and back cushions to produce sofas with the hardness you prefer. It is also possible to order a combination of the specifications of standard models, such as "sofa GRVA" for design and "sofa J" for comfort.

Legs are available in a variety of materials, including duralumin, polished stainless steel, and solid wood, and the wood frame is available in three different solid woods (walnut, black cherry, and white oak).

Can you provide nationwide support?
東京都青山、京都府御池、石川県金沢に3店舗ありますので、最寄りの
店舗が対応させていただきます。常時20～30モデルの展示がありますので、まずはすわり心地をお試しください。
一方、来店されずにご相談をご希望されるお客様には、オンラインにて各店舗スタッフが対応いたします。
住宅の設計段階からの打合せの場合はデザイナーもご相談を承ります。画面上で図面や仕様のご説明しながら、お客様だけのソファづくりに努めます。原寸大の型紙を送付し実際のサイズ感をご確認いただいたり、必要な場合はすわり心地確認用の試作品を事前に送付いたします。また、オンライン上でのカード決済も用意しております。
メンテナンスのお願いもできますか？
もちろん対応可能です。替カバーの作成をはじめ、クッション部のウレタン、フェザーを調整することでお好みのすわり心地に調整することも可能です。
TRESのソファフレームは世界的に見ても非常に強固なため、メンテナンス対象は主にカバーやクッションが中心になると考えられます。
約20年前に納品したソファであっても替カバーの供給を行っております。どうぞご安心ください。
Can I bring my own fabrics?
TRES OFFERS 160 TYPES OF ITALIAN FABRICS AND LEATHERS IN 600 COLORS FOR STANDARD SOFAS, BUT MANY CUSTOMERS WITH A DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF INTERIOR DESIGN BRING IN THEIR FAVORITE IMPORTED FABRICS. THIS IS ALSO TRUE FOR SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS. IT IS ALSO AN OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR CUTTING AND SEWING TECHNICIANS TO WORK WITH NEW FABRICS. ALTHOUGH WE DO NOT OWN THESE FABRICS, WE WILL GLADLY TAILOR THEM INTO COVERS.
納期の目安となる、スケジュールを教えてください。
デザインからおこすものと、TRES定番品をモディファイするケースに分かれます。
①デザインから始める場合
デザインを詰めるのに1～2ヶ月でしょうか。それまでに必要な特注用部材は準備しますのでそれから長くても2か月あれば製品化可能です。
②定番品を別注化する場合
形状や寸法やすわり心地に関する要望を図面化するのに長くても1か月、製造に1か月程度かかります。すわり心地確認用の試作を行う場合はプラス2週間かかります。

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO START YOUR CONSULTATION WITH "SOMETHING LIKE THIS. IN MOST CASES, USERS HAVE BROUGHT IN SCRIBBLED DRAWINGS OR PHOTOS SELECTED FROM MAGAZINES. TRES WILL PROPOSE A CONCRETE PLAN BASED ON PERSPECTIVE DRAWINGS AND PLANS. WE WILL FOLLOW UP WITH YOU UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE DESIGN AND COMFORT.
How long can I cancel?
CANCELLATION IS POSSIBLE DURING OR AT THE END OF THE MEETING UNTIL THE FORMAL ORDER SHEET IS SIGNED. SINCE WE ARE AN OEM MANUFACTURER, WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDING NEW PRODUCTS WITHOUT DEVELOPMENT FEES SINCE THE BEGINNING OF OUR BUSINESS, SO PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US FOR CONSULTATION.
